Cst. Hugh Panelas is a 15-year member of the RCMP that has included postings to Saskatchewan, Nunavut and Prince Edward Island. For the past 7 years, Cst. Panelas has been a member of the Kings District RCMP and has supported schools, etc. throughout the district with presentations on various topics including today’s topic of Internet Safety.
